What "Research Use Only" means
Products on this site are reference compounds intended solely for controlled in-vitro laboratory work by qualified researchers. They have not been approved by the FDA (or any regulatory body) for use in humans or animals. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Prohibited uses
You may not, and may not permit any other party to:
- Use, administer, ingest, inhale, inject, or otherwise consume any product.
- Apply any product to the body of a human or animal.
- Resell or redistribute products for any use other than laboratory research.
- Represent any product as a drug, food, cosmetic, or dietary supplement.
Age & qualification
By entering this site and placing an order, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution, and that you accept full responsibility for the lawful handling, storage, and disposal of the materials you receive.
Quality & COA
Every batch is tested by an independent HPLC lab and shipped with a batch-matched Certificate of Analysis. If the physical lot number on your vial does not match the COA supplied, contact us within 7 days and we will replace the shipment.
Shipping & storage
We ship as stable lyophilized powder from US warehouses. Once delivered, products should be transferred to appropriate laboratory storage per the COA. Aminex Research is not liable for degradation caused by delayed collection or improper storage after delivery.
Returns
Due to the nature of research reference materials, all sales are final once the tamper seal has been broken. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement.
Liability
Aminex Research supplies materials as-is for research use. The purchaser assumes all risk associated with the receipt, storage, handling, and use of the materials. Aminex Research disclaims all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of any product supplied.
